SEO: Getting Links

Link Building plays an important role in SEO.

There are 3 ways to obtain links

- Free
- Exchange
- Paying for links

Free
For a free link to get there will be an amount of time and energy must be invested.
The writing articles are an example.

Share
Exchanging links is a known technique that many webmasters use.
By sending an email to a website with the proposal on two websites linked to each other mutually.
On forums, people often contact each other so that they can exchange links.

Paying for links
There are several ways to pay for links. This is a dangerous strategy because Google algorithm is constantly trying to adjust so that a web site for buying links gets little credit. One of the ways Google is doing this by the strong increase or decrease of the links to a website to register. In sharp decrease or increase will Google the site far back into the search results or even remove it from the search results. Paid links are numbers of tens of thousands of links traded. A good way to obtain quality back link is a paid press release to be placed. News sites are always high page rank and high visitor numbers.

There are several types of links
- A Back Link
- A reciprocal link
- A three-link

A Back Link
A back link is a link from website A to website B links.

A reciprocal link
This means that website A links to website B and website B links to website A.

A three-link
These webmasters have two websites:
Target Site A to webmaster A
Link Site A to A webmaster
Target Site B to B webmaster
Link Site B to B webmaster

Link Site A links to Site B. Purpose
Link Site B links to Site A. Purpose
As both webmasters have had a link to each other but the value of these links are higher because they are not directly reciprocal.
